Yes, but..... the Art of Overcoming Objections
A workshop by Anna Hedrzak
We are all continuously facing various kinds of objections, both in our
private and professional lives.
How many times you feel you failed to handle an objection and did not
manage to sell something or convince your clientsm, colleagues or relatives
to do what you wanted them to do?
Understanding why objections arise and learning a few simple techniques
to overcome them can make it so much easier!
In this workshop, entitled "Yes, but..... the Art of Overcoming Objections",
Anna Hedrzak will look at the definition and nature of objections, as
well as some useful objection handling techniques that can be applied
to any situation.
This workshop (which will be a mixture of interactive group work, brainstorming
and theory) will give you the opportunity to learn:
- how to prevent objections from others.
- what to do when faced with objections.
- what are the most common types of objections.
- what to avoid.
- when to walk away and not waste your time.
