Imagination Club Brussels

You are warmly welcome to join us at the Imagination Club on Wednesday, 12 May at 18h45 for an interactive, experimental workshop on:

MANAGING STRESS
By Anna Hedrzak

Stress has become an inherent part of our professional and private lives. We constantly live under pressure and juggle our responsibilities at work and at home.

A small dose of stress can be constructive but excessive stress can be very damaging and have a negative impact on your productivity, as well as physical and emotional health. It is therefore imperative to keep your stress under control.

At this workshop, we will identify situations that increase stress levels and determine the signs of stress. You will learn effective ways of managing stress, ranging from setting realistic goals to physical exercise.

After the workshop, you will be able to find a better work/home balance and learn how to relax.
