experimental workshop on:
The Building of Presence

In this participatory workshop, you will be guided through
a journey of solo and group exercises in order to experiment with your
psychophysical presence. The work will draw on resources like stage
performance and mindfullness, involving both mind and body. Some keywords:
imagery, clarity of intention, calm mind, radiating body, simplify,
amplify.
The workshop will be facilitated by Samuel Dellicour, web-designer,
contemporary dancer and creative jack of all trades. He is mostly curious
about things related to creative processes and personal fulfillment.
