You are warmly welcome to join us at
the Imagination Club on Wednesday, 26 January at 18h45 for an interactive,
experimental workshop on:
Happiness, Goals and Creativity
By Jeffrey Baumgartner
The achievement of goals, self-esteem and personal happiness
are all intertwined. When we accomplish goals or even major steps on
the path to achieving our goals, we feel good about ourselves. And when
we feel good about ourselves, we feel happy. On the other hand, when
hurdles between ourselves and our goals seem insurmountable, our self-esteem
suffers and that can lead to unhappiness and even depression.
In this workshop, we will explore the notion of personal
goals how they relate to self-esteem and happiness We will look at how
you can use creative thinking techniques in order to achieve your goals
and find happiness.
The goal of this workshop is to solve all of your problems
and make you ridiculously happy. More realistically, we hope you will
leave the workshop with a better understanding of how to work towards
achieving your goals and feeling good about it.
This workshop will be facilitated by Imagination Club
co-manager Jeffrey Baumgartner.
