If so, join us for the short, interactive and fun workshop in which you learn an easy-to-use, three step method for achieving goals. You will learn how to deconstruct a goal, manage expectations to support your goal and make realistic plans that will take you from where you are now to where you want to be in your dreamiest of goals.
