Workshop: Develop an Attitude of Gratitude
By Nicola Lennon
Brussels: 10 February 2016
Do you know anyone who loves to complain? Complaining keeps us focused on the problems instead of on the solutions.
To truly find a sense of contentment in life, we need to develop an Attitude of Gratitude. If you were asked to think of all the things you are grateful for, would you be able to spontaneously come up with a long list, or would you have trouble trying to think of even one thing because your mind is filled with all the things you don’t like about your life or about life in general.
During this workshop, you will discover an exercise to help you develop the habit of being grateful every day so that you can live a happier and more abundant life.
