Workshop: Identify your Values and Strengths for a Happier, more Fulfilled Life

By Andy Whittle

Brussels: 14 September 2016

Your values are the things that you believe are important in the way you live and work.

They (should) determine your priorities and, deep down, they're probably the measures you use to tell if your life is turning out the way you want it to.

Your strengths are a mixture of your talents, knowledge and skills. The theory behind strengths is based on positive psychology: everyone has strengths they are born with but few people know what these are.

If there is a good match between personal strengths and job demands, you are more likely to be satisfied with your work and experience positive emotions.

The aim of this Values and Strengths session is to inspire you to maybe think differently about what you want from work, to see if your strengths and values are aligned and to see if changes can and should be made

The results may surprise you.....
